  • What will my cleaner bring to the service?

- we do bring our own clean product. However, we use minimal and eco-friendly cleaning products protecting yourself and your family of two-legged and four-legged kinds. If you want any specific cleaning products or any chemicals, they would need to be provided by you.

 

- Vacuum cleaners, we are still providing it to some houses, but after Covid-19, we prefer to use the client's if they have a good one as it is not possible to fully sanitise it from one house to another.

 

  • What if I don't have parking available for the cleaners?

We will try to park on the street on a free parking spot, if there is none, the parking will be charged

 

  • Do I have to be home during the service?

Not at all! We are more than happy to work by ourselves and leave your home sparkling to when you arrive back home

 

  • How do I contact the office regarding my service?

  • What if I am not happy with my service?

You can contact us and we will make sure that our promise is delivered and we will redo the service

  • Can I cancel a clean?

Yes, you can. Just give a 24 hours notice

 

  • Can I book same day cleaning?

You can contact us and if we have any available spot for the clean, we will definitely book you in and clean for you

 

  • Can I trust the cleaner?

Totally! We perform police checks here in Australia and in the country where they came from to make sure that we are only employing trustworthy people.

 

  • What if something is damaged during the clean?

No worries! AP Cleaning is insured!
